2 TV stations add 4 p.m. newscasts

A TV station in Madison and another in Wausau are adding 4 p.m. newscasts to their weekday schedues. WKOW-TV in Madison and WAOW-TV in Wausau are making the change. Both stations are owned by Allen Media.
